Why Flight Rules?
The name comes from aviation; the systems that govern how we fly when conditions are clear, and when they’re not. The music explores those same moments in life and relationships: navigating emotion, trusting instinct, and finding perspective when visibility is low.

Nothing to Offer
Nothing to Offer is a collection of songs about falling for someone, but also emotional unavailability, quiet endings, and the clarity that comes when words don’t match actions. Written over several years, the album explores modern love with honesty, restraint, and perspective, less about heartbreak, more about understanding.
The next album from Flight Rules and our brother artist, Plettenberg, is due to be released in February 2026
